The Early Childhood Education Discipline in the School of Education, in collaboration with the KZN ECD Collaboration Network and the Africa Reggio Emilia Alliance, invites academics, practitioners and Early Childhood Development stakeholders to an engaging professional development workshop.

Facilitated by Tessa Browne, the workshop will introduce participants to the internationally recognised Reggio Emilia approach to Early Childhood Education. The session will explore how natural elements such as the sun, wind, clay and living creatures can inspire children’s learning, creativity and imagination, while providing opportunities to connect, learn and share ideas with fellow educators.
