To send a query to Student Fees, please use the URL: https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/. Follow the following steps:

• Click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page.
• Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu.
• Fill in the required fields including a clear explanation of your query and click on the Submit button once all fields have been completed.

The Student Fees Officer will respond to the email address indicated on the completed form.
