College Human Resources aims to ensure that there is consistency of application of University Policies across the lifecycle of an employee from Recruitment to Retirement including the administration of Employee Benefits.
Employee Relationship
Ensuring that Transformation and Equity is achieved in the College. Facilitate alternate dispute resolution mechanisms. Ensure Compliance with Labour Law legislation and regulations.
Human Resource Development
Implementation of Human Resources Development Interventions, eg. Integrated Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Wellness and others.
