THE START OF THE SECOND SEMESTER AND UPDATE ON REGISTRATION

Dear Staff and Students

The University of KwaZulu-Natal Management welcomes all registered returning students for various programmes this semester.

Management wishes to inform the University community and all stakeholders that the registration of all first-time entering new students (FTENS) was concluded, and therefore there are no longer any spaces to accommodate FTENS.

Therefore, the University is not in a position to register any more first-time entering new students and urges all parties to cooperate in this regard. Those who are not registered as yet are encouraged to apply for admission next year.

University Management discourages the dissemination of false information seeking to encourage FTENs to register for various programmes as that has the potential of undermining the academic activities and other functions of the University.

For credible information, staff, students and all stakeholders are urged to rely only on official communique and information communicated through official University channels such as the website and all official social media platforms.
